Shipping & Returns

We offer worldwide shipping from Barcelona.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery times:

— Europe: 2–5 business days  
— International: 4–10 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to customs processing.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All taxes are included for orders within the European Union.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
